Overview

The American Academy of Pediatrics has policy statements encouraging primary care providers to address social needs of children and families, in addition to meeting the child's medical needs. Similarly, Bright Futures health supervision guidelines reinforce this in practice. In this course, you will learn the following objectives:\n

Discuss non-medical elements of comprehensive care for infants and young children.
